Bonjour Ulla, merci pour ce blog qui donne de tes nouvelles de facon si attractive. Je suis contente que tu aies trouve ce restaurant tou tu te sens bien. Une idee m'a treverse l'esprit en lisant ta recherche pour des desserts nouveaux: le tapioca. Ca peut paraitre peu attractif au debut mais ses petits grains peuvent apporter une texture particuliere et associe a des saveurs exotiques ca peut etre sympa... Bonne reprise !


Dear Francoise, I am so happy to hear from you and glad to know you are reading my blog. I have discovered le tapioca a year ago, and actually I had a dessert with tapioca in coconut milk and tropical fruit on my dessert proposal list. It didn't make it this time, but maybe another time. I do love the texture. I will cook it one day at home and bring it to the restaurant to convince the chef and the patron. Hope everything is well with you and your family !
